Brief about the Role

We are seeking a self-driven Branding and Public Relations Manager to curate a unique Branding and PR strategy & enable world class execution in existing and upcoming markets. The full ownership of the function will be with this role. Experience in a Fintech or financial services would be an advantage.

LenDenClub is one of India’s oldest, RBI registered, Personal Loans, Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending platform in India. Presently it enjoys a 40-45% market share and has recently expanded operations Pan India.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive and implement the overall brand positioning strategy.
  • Supervise/ write and edit company brand campaigns
  • Lead the digital team to build and manage the company’s social media image
  • Build partnerships to deliver the brand message to the relevant target group
  • Ensure that all customer touch points, are consistent to our Tone of Voice and adheres to our brand guidelines, and take initiative to evolve the brand guidelines as appropriate
  • Organize and participate in industry events to increase brand visibility and awareness as well as support the development of marketing collateral
  • Drive and transform the PR strategy and content
  • Copywriting tasks relating to company promotional campaigns
  • Generate eye-catching headline and content for social media advertising
  • Proofread and review English copywriting for the the team
  • Enable content support for the team’s projects
  • Draft messages and write content for customer communications when needed, to be a culturally relevant financial brand and also ensure customers
  • Work with internal business teams as well as external agencies to ensure optimal coverage across all channels and platforms
  • Responsible for social media publications
  • Develop/ Network with journalist and create influence with key publications
  • The role holder will handle a team of 1 executive and and external agencies
