This Gold Coin Lucky Draw, hereinafter referred to as “Contest” is Brought to you by Innofin Solutions Private Limited (“Brand”) and brought to you by “LenDenClub”. Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the LenDenClub.com’s Terms of Services, to which you agree by using LenDenClub’s platform.
Eligibility
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria in order to be eligible to enter the Contest. (a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You have your communication address within the territory of India. (c) You should be of an age of 18 years or above at the time of entering the contest; (d) Employees of LenDenClub, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and users of advisors, users of channel partners, and users of Fintech partners are not eligible to enter this Contest.
Details of the contest and how to enter
1. This Contest will commence from 27 April 2023 3:00:00 PM (IST) to 30 April 2023 11:59:59 PM (IST) (“Contest Period”). 2. In order to be eligible for the contest, during the Contest Period you need to signup or sign in to your account on LenDenClub. 3. Once you have signed in, you can navigate to the dashboard and invest in FMPP. 4. Once you have invested, you will be entitled for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have also invested in FMPP. 5. The draw of the lots will be carried out at the end of the Contest. 6. The chances of winning the Contest will increase based on the amount invested. For every ₹ 10,000 invested, you will receive 1 ticket to enter the draw. 7. This offer is valid only for this contest. 8. O
nly one lucky winner will be eligible to win the Gold Coin of 1gm. 9. A minimum of 500 tickets must be distributed for this Contest to take place 10. The Brand reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value or cash equivalent at their sole discretion. 11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Prize Drawing
The drawing of the selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participant by e-mail/ SMS following the draw on “Notification Date”.
Additional Terms
LenDenClub holds the right to change the T&C or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate or suspend the Contest. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the time of entry will be deemed the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits will be awarded more significantly than those described in the “Description of the Contest and How to Enter” section above in these T&Cs. LenDenClub would not be liable to offer a refund of the investment beyond the standard cooling-off period.
Liability Release
This Contest is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound to release from liability, and hold harmless LenDenClub, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to LenDenClub and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.
Winner Announcement
After we confirm the winner/s, we will contact the winners individually through email/SMS by 15th May 2023. The Gold Coin will be delivered to the winner by 5th June 2023. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Please do so to avoid disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated by these T&Cs and the Privacy Notice available at LenDenClub.com
By participating in LenDenClub’s FMPP Lucky Draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
