Terms and Conditions: Coin Offer

This Assured Silver and Gold Coin Offer, hereinafter referred to as the “Offer,” is brought to you by Innofin Solutions Private Limited and the brand LenDenClub (“Brand”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) carefully before participating. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these T&C and confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria set forth herein. These T&C are in addition to LenDenClub.com’s Terms of Service, which you agree to by using the LenDenClub platform.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the rewards under this Offer, you must:

(a) Be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India.
(b) Have a communication address within India.
(c) Be 18 years or older at the time of participating in the Offer.
(d) Not be an employee of LenDenClub, or an immediate family member thereof, or associated as/with an advisor, channel partner, or fintech partner with LenDenClub.

Steps to Participate:

  1. The Offer will be valid from 19th September 2023, 5:00 PM (IST) to 25th September 2023, 11:59:59 PM (IST).
  2. To participate, sign up or log in to your LenDenClub account on the website (app.lendenclub.com) or through the Android or iOS application.
  3. Navigate to the dashboard and invest according to the mentioned slabs to earn the assured coins.
  4. Only investments made during the Offer Period will be considered for the rewards.

Additional Terms

  1. The Brand reserves the right to replace the reward with an item of similar value or cash equivalent at their sole discretion.
  2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  3. LenDenClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
