Grow your money while helping friends get started! Invite your friends to join LenDenClub, and both of you earn rewards when they complete their first lending. Starting 4th October 2025, our Referral Reward Program offers even bigger rewards the more friends you invite.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Open to all registered LenDenClub users.
  • Referrers and referees must be 18 years or older.

Referral Rewards

Referrer Reward (Effective from 4th Oct 2025)

  • 1st successful referral: ₹100
  • 2nd & 3rd successful referrals: ₹200 each
  • 4th successful referral onwards: ₹300 each

Referee Reward:

  • Referees earn ₹100 upon completing their first lending.

Important Note:

  • A referral is considered successful only when the referred user completes their first lending of ₹1,000 or more.
  • If the first lending attempt of ₹1,000 fails for any reason, it will not be considered a successful referral, and the transaction will be ineligible for referral rewards.

How to Refer a Friend?

  • Open the LenDenClub app and navigate to the “Refer & Earn” section.
  • Click “Invite Now” to generate your unique referral code.
  • Share the referral code via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media.
  • The friend must sign up using your link, manually enter the referral code during sign-up, and complete their first lending to qualify.

Reward Distribution

  • Rewards will be credited within 3–5 working days after a successful referral.
  • In the event of a processing failure, the cashback will be retried and credited within an additional 3–5 working days.
  • Rewards are credited as cash directly to your linked primary bank account in the app after a successful referral.
  • You must be fully onboarded with an updated bank account. If your account is not added or updated, rewards cannot be credited. You can update this in the More > Bank Account Change section.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged outside the platform.

Previous Referral ProgramPeriod

From 1st September 2025 to 3rd October 2025: Referrals made during this period fall under previous program guidelines i.e. ₹100 to both referrer and referee on the first successful lending of ₹100 or more.

Important

  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards/cashback.
  • LenDenClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, rewards, or timelines at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. In case of disputes, LenDenClub’s decision is final and binding. All terms are governed by Indian law.

The risk is entirely on the lender. LenDenClub will not be responsible for the full or partial loss of the principal and/or interest of lenders’ lending amounts.
