Position: Tech Lead

As a tech lead, you will be responsible for building high performance and scalable software platforms. You’ll work closely with the product and other teams to build the platform and meet product goals. Not only that, you’ll be expected to continuously discover, evaluate & implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Your role:

  • Building high performance and scalable software platforms
  • Work with leads in Product and other departments to drive and implement platform and product vision
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency
  • Create and implement short and long-term strategy in terms of technological growth
  • Lead the implementation and support of tech-solutions
  • Remove all technological obstacles from business operations

MUST have:

  • Strong design skills backed with analytical and problem solving ability
  • 4+ years of hands-on coding experience, preferably in Python with Django, or Java, Ruby On Rails.
  • Proficiency in implementation of algorithms and use of advanced data structures
  • Hands on experience on Web framework and RESTful APIs
  • Strong Command of SQL (or relevant Query language or ORM queries)
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Knowledge of Jira (or relevant project management tools)
  • Experience in BFSI will be a plus

What you’ll do in daily activity:

  • Attend query calls of existing customers.
  • Reply to emails directed to customer service.
  • Query resolution through emails & calls
  • Facilitate co-ordination between company’s various team.
  • Keep documentation in order and assist payment processing team

  • You must be self-motivated individual with “Can do” attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Visualization and storytelling skills and Ability to collaborate with a team

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired
